What payment methods does Kith Canada accept?

My account was charged, but I have not received an order confirmation email. Why is this happening?

Yes. Taxes are charged at checkout for all provinces and territories.


I received an email from Kith Customer Service requesting additional identification. What should I do?

Based on the value of your order, you may be asked by our Order Review analysts to provide additional proof of identification. Please comply with this request as your order will be placed on hold. If we do not receive ID proof within 3 business days, your order will be subject to cancellation.


I was charged for an order I did not place. What should I do?
