Where can I find my Kith Canada online gift card?

Online gift cards will be sent to the email associated with your order. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders if you can't find it. If you need help searching for it in your inbox, the sender is ca.customerservice@kithnyc.com.

Can I purchase a Kith Canada online gift card?

At this time, we do not sell Kith online gift cards. Gift cards redeemable on ca.Kith.com are only offered for eligible online returns. 

Why did I receive a Kith Canada online gift card for my return?

All refunds are provided in the form of a Kith e-gift card, which excludes original shipping costs. Customers will also be charged an $8 restocking fee. 

Do Kith Canada online gift cards expire?

No, your online gift card will never expire, so if you don't find something you love on our website right now, you can save the credit for a future purchase.

Can I use an online gift card in-store?

Kith online gift cards may only be used online. 

Can I use an online gift card to enter a Drawing?

No, your online gift card is only eligible for use on a regular order.

I received an online gift card refund, but it was not the same amount as my order total. Where is the rest of my refund?

We deduct the original shipping cost, along with our $8 restocking fee. Please visit our Return Policy article for more information. 

I forgot to use my online gift card, but I already submitted my order. Am I able to modify payment methods?

We cannot add an online gift card balance to an order after it has been placed, or modify any information, including payment. Gift cards do not expire, however, and can be used on future purchases. 

Kith Retail Gift Cards

Where can I buy and use a Kith Retail gift card?
Kith Retail gift cards can be purchased and used at any Kith Retail location within the region where they were issued. They are not valid online or at third-party locations, such as Kith at Selfridges, Hirshleifers, or Kith Treats.

Do Kith Retail gift cards expire?

No, your Kith Retail gift card will never expire, so if you don't find something you love in our store right now, you can save the credit for a future purchase.

Can I use a Kith Retail gift card online?
